Object - magnesium aspartate, Thiotriazolin, glycine and vitamin B6 pills, which contain excipients purpose - the development of optimal technology and tablets of magnesium aspartate, as well as combined pills containing magnesium aspartate, glycine and Thiotriazolin (symbolic name "Aspahlit"), and optimization of the tablets of magnesium aspartate with vitamin B6, with intestinal soluble; methods - technological methods of tablets by direct pressing of the previous granulation, coating tablets intestinal soluble coated in fluidized bed, pharmaco-technological methods of study pills (for the mass fluctuation tableting, bulk density, friction, resistance to crush) methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of magnesium aspartate, glycine, and vitamin B6, tiotriasolin in developed tablet (qualitative color reaction method of complexone metricall titration, spectrophotometry) methods of studying the stability of tablets "Aspahlit" , magnesium aspartate, magnesium aspartate with vitamin B6. Mathematical planning methods and results of the experiment, innovation - scientifically based and experimentally validated the composition and technology combined medicinal product based on magnesium aspartate, glycine and tiotriasolin optimized structure and technology of pills and tablets of magnesium aspartate magnesium aspartate with vitamin B6, obtained by direct pressing. The first studied in the dynamics of technological dependence parameters powder mixtures of magnesium aspartate, magnesium aspartate in combination with vitamin B6 and glycine and tiotriasolin from adding several new excipients: microcrystalline cellulose of different brands, transversely sewn polyvinylpyrrolidone, lactose monohydrate, and others. A purples composition and forming technology intestinal soluble water-based system for the application shell on pills designed to install fluidized bed. Research performance as tablets under the provisional title "Aspahlit, pills and tablets of magnesium aspartate magnesium aspartate with vitamin B6, developed methods of analysis of drugs that included in their composition, set terms and conditions of storage offered tablets. The novelty of the research confirmed declarative patents of Ukraine № 38130 from 25.12.2008 for a utility model, the results. The developed composition and technology-based tablets of magnesium aspartate, magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6, and tablets that contain magnesium aspartate, and glycine Thiotriazolin, for use in therapy of pathological conditions associated with magnesium deficiency. Technology and methods of analysis of tablets tested in industrial conditions on JSC "Ternofarm" embedded in the learning process of five tertiary medical centers, area - pharmacy.
