Lahach T. State Regulation of Matrimonial Relationships in Soviet Ukraine during 1920 - 1930's

Thesis gives the complex analysis of state regulation of matrimonial relationships pattern in the context of political, economical, socio-cultural changes and transformations. The author studied the principal base of Bolshevist politics on the subject of old church laws about matrimonial relationships according to civil registration and formal notes, models of inculcation of new family traditions, ceremonies and rites and struggle against old family traditions, the role of school in child education and creation of new personality. The transformation of morally valuable imperatives of society and matrimonial relationships, political regime influence on rural and city families, the process of new system creation of family needs because of famine during 1932-33's, the status and the role of woman in the society have been learnt.
