The informatively technological models of travelling building are developed allow to promote efficiency of operative management projects due to determination of terms and facilities directed on reduction of duration of project, perfection of management of the functional state of network of highways projects. The mechanism of determination of repernikh points of control for the case of the fixed limitations of speed of change of the state of project is developed and the task of even control of receipt of information a leader is untied about the state of project. The use of the models and mechanisms developed in dissertation allows multiple to apply and circulate them, and also carry out introduction of these researches with substantial reduction of duration of projects, and facilities on their realization.
