The influence and consequences of World War II on changes in teachers staff , personnel, material and technical security of comprehensive schools in conditions of post-war ruin and residual principle of education financing are considered. The research paper examines social and economical aspects of school teachers everyday life, the conditions of their life and its quality, influence on social status and social security of teachers
