Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development, receipt and evaluation of quality of protective coats for protecting of build construction materials from the action of high temperatures and fire, forming and evaluation of them operating properties. It is set that for the decision of this problem it is expedient to use appropriate coatings based on full aluminosiloxane polymer and as fillers - Al2O3, ZrO2, kaolin, kaolin fiber and modifier TiO2.Operating properties of the protective coatings are investigated and influence of components of compositions on their forming is appraised. There has been a comprehensive assessment of commodity quality coatings which was confirmed their high protective efficacy, and was identified the field to use them.
