The object - projects of sugar beets harvesting and processes of strategic and tactical management of a production-technological risk; the aim is to increase efficiency of projects management of sugar beets harvesting of a production-technological risk on the basis of development and use of new methods of authentication, quantitative evaluation of risk of factors and computer-integrated functional indexes of projects, and also models of concordance of volume, rate and time of beet-lifting works beginning, with the credible events of project environment; methods - system event analysis and synthesis, theories of management, production supervisions and statistical imitation modeling, projects, method of iteration, statistical and cross-correlation regressive evaluation of experimental information, graphical analysis and logical analysis; novelty - the plural of specific tasks of a production-technological risk management is first exposed in the projects of sugar beets harvesting on and it is set that to the most ponderable reactions on it should be the concordance of volume, rate and time of beet-lifting works beginning, with development of terms of project environment in the processes of the strategic and tactical planning; reasons of main factors efficiency of projects risk are identified, causal relations and mechanism of their influence are exposed on the risk of computer-integrated functional indexes of these projects; the methods of research of production-technological risk and grounded statistical models of conduct agricultural meteorology are developed and subject constituents of project environment, and also their influence, statistical conformities to the law of risk of computer-integrated functional indexes of projects; the algorithm of data-processing control the system by a production-technological risk projects of sugar beets collection is developed - methods, models and algorithm of management a production-technological risk, in the projects of collection of sugar beets is grounded; it is inculcated - in "Luga" enterprise (Vol.Volynskyi district of the Volyn region); a sphere of usage in agricultural enterprises which grow sugar beets.
