Sharibura A. Content and time Management in projects with a technological risk (concerning to long-fibred flax harvesting)

Object - processes of management by content and times of work implementation in the projects of long-stalk flax harvesting with a technological risk; purpose - to rise the efficiency of management by content and times in the projects with a technological risk on the basis of work adaptation to the forecast probable events of project environment during of long-stalk flax harvesting; methods - theories of project management, production supervisions, system approach to the management by content and times in projects with a technological risk, statistical imitation simulation of projects on the PC, statistical evaluation and cross-correlation regressive analysis, graphic and analytical analysis, iterations; novelty - the system and technological principles of management by content and times in the projects of long-stalk flax harvesting with a technological risk are developed on the basis of project works adaptation to the forecast events of project environment with probabilistic character of time of their starting; at first - the risk of events of project environment is appraised in the projects of long-stalk flax harvesting at the conditions of Small Polissya of Lviv Region are identified and quantitatively assessed on the basis of the grounded criteria and information of the agricultural meteorology station; at first - the dependences of integrated functional indexes of projects efficiency of long-stalk flax harvesting are set for the conditions of Small Polissya of Lviv Region of the planned harvesting area for preset parameter of the machinery on the basis of statistical simulation taking into account adaptation of the content and time of works implementation to the changeable forecast events of project environment; results - methods, models and algorithms for a management by content and times in the projects of long-stalk flax harvesting are grounded; introduction - at the Lviv branch of UKRNDIPVT the name of L.Pogorilyi (Zhovkva district, Lviv region); a sphere of the use - agricultural enterprises which grow long-stalk flax.
