Essay

Thesis is devoted to the description of the development of the boundary guards on territory of modern Ukraine. In work the basic tendencies of realisation of a state policy concerning formation and development of boundary guards in territory of Ukraine are defined, their influence on development of system of protection of borders in ІХ is found out - in beginning ХХ the item Is characterised maintenance of safety of borders of different state formations in territory of Ukraine and change in a procedure of the boundary control. It is tracked changes in management, structure and personnel selection of structures of boundary protection which operated in territory of Ukraine.
