Оbject:nozokomial pneumonia; an improvement of results of empiric antibacterial therapy of nozokomial pneumonia for patients which are on artificial ventilation of lights, by optimization of the local microbiological monitoring taking into account farmeconomic aspects; methods - clinical, microbiological, functional, biochemical, roentgenologic, mediko-statistical and farmeconomic; first studied prevalence of nozokomyal pneumonia for patients which artificial ventilation of lights, basic factors of risk of origin of this complication, and similarly faktors-determinants of fatal outcome; a "cost/efficiency" is well-proven by a method farmekonomical ground of therapy of combination meronem and amikacin pneumonia for patients which are on artificial ventilation of lights.
