Trepkachov O. Occupation regime and the Jewish population of Dnipropetrovs'k 1941-1943gg.

Subject: the situation in the Dnepropetrovsk area during its occupation by Nazi Germany in the Second World War (1941-1943) . Purpose: complex research and overview of the Holocaust events in the Dnepropetrovsk region on the basis of archival documents, the scientific literature and certificates of eyewitnesses. Methods:historical (historic-genetic, historic-comparative, historic-typological, historic-systematic), general scientific (chronological, statistical). Results: established the basic directions of the antiJewish policy in region. Provided new data about the Jewish victims of the Nazi genocide in Dnepropetrovsk region. Extensively analyzed and discovered interethnic relations during occupation. Performed a research of Nazi economic policy towards the Jewish population. Collected and analyzed the information on the Jewish Opposition and Resistance. Determined forms and methods of carrying out the antiJewish propaganda by the occupiers. Sphere: studying process.
