Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying the effects of dosed oxygen or alimentary deprivation on the process of liver parenchima physiological regeneration. The cytomorfometric and biochemic dates of hepatocytes showed that dosed oxygen and alimentary deprivation activate the incells physiological regeneration processes. This is evidenced by the increase of the amount of karyonucleus and binuclear hepatocytes, nucleo-cytoplasmic and nucleolar-nuclear correlation, increase the level of expression to the gene of insulin-like growth factor-1 in a liver, albumin concentration in the blood serum, increase activity of succinate dehydrogenase and concentrations of albumin in the mitoxondrias of hepatocytes. The dosed oxygen and the dosed alimentary deprivation can be used for stimulation of physiologіcal regeneration processes and functional activity of liver parenchima.
