Vyazova R. The ethnic factor in the system of communication relations

Dissertation is devoted to the social and philosophic analysis of the essence, attributes, forms of manifestation and peculiarities of the ethnic factor determination in the system of communication relations, direction of its impact on the social processes. In our work the genesis of ethnic relations is researched; the comprehension of the ethnic phenomenon nature is extended; the problems of inter-ethnic communications in the modern Ukrainian society are revealed. Special attention is paid to determining the ways of modernizing the state ethnic policy in Ukraine in the political, legal, social-economic and cultural fields for starting a dialogue between the civic society and the state in order to solve inter-ethnic contradictions and introduce public concord.
