Theoretical and methodical bases of the human-geographical research of the processes of forming and using of labour resources potential of tourist sphere have been exposed in the dissertation. The definition of labour resources potential of tourist sphere is given and its features are found out. The main factors are determined and the principles of the usage of labour resources potential of tourist sphere are grounded. Administrative aspects of the usage of labour resources potential of tourist sphere are analyzed.
