Kharchenko A. Improvement of methods of annual program design of road-repair organizations' works

The software and the methodical recommendations are developed on introduction and use of consulting model of annual program design of road-repair works. The developed methodical recommendations are based on the built in work model of estimation of the operating conditions of roads' elements, in the basis of which fixed five operating conditions, that are determined by the intervals of seriousness levels and distribution of their damages; and on the offered mathematical model of the annual program of repair works on the basis of maximization of index of the operating condition of roads network.
