Essay

Object of the study - emotional burning down syndrome of teachers of higher educational establishments. Subject of investigation - pinterconnection of teachers' personality traits with dynamic and content characteristics of the emotional burning down syndrome. Methods of research. For solving of the tasks the complex of theoretical and empiric methods of the research have been applied: theoretical character (analysis of scientific literature, generalization of the received information, systemic analysis and interpretation of received data, structural modelling), empiric character (supervision, conversation), psychodiagnostic methods. Scientific novelty of the results: personality|individual| characteristics which are considered to be the basic ones|main| in the origin and dynamics of the emotional burning down have been emphasized; the model of personality|individual| |liable| inclined to|to| the emotional burning down has been empirically found|exposes| out; the notion| of "іntegrated |personality possibilities|potentialitie||individual|" has been expanded and filled with psychological sense; the concept of "emotional burning down" in pedagogical activity of a large|great| complication|notion| has been specified; methodological aspects of the research|work-up| of the emotional burning down on the basis of the|utillizing| humanism approach and adaptation theory have got further development;|accomodation; the idea about psychological personality resources|individual| utillized|use| for prevention and overcoming of the emotional burning down syndrome has been improved. The practical significance of the study: the results of dissertation research used in din teaching of lecture and practical courses for specialists and master's degrees after objects: "GeneralPsychology", "Pedagogical Psychology", "Practical Work in GeneralPsychology".
