Object of the study - emotional burning down syndrome of teachers of higher educational establishments. Subject of investigation - pinterconnection of teachers' personality traits with dynamic and content characteristics of the emotional burning down syndrome. Methods of research. For solving of the tasks the complex of theoretical and empiric methods of the research have been applied: theoretical character (analysis of scientific literature, generalization of the received information, systemic analysis and interpretation of received data, structural modelling), empiric character (supervision, conversation), psychodiagnostic methods.
