Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the study of peculiarities of laying and development of arterial vessels of large intestine in prenatal period of ontogenesis and in new-born children. The dynamics of morphogenesis and syntopic correction of superior and inferior mesenteric arteries together with large intestine development were observed, the periods of intensive and deloyed growth of mesenteric arteries and their branches, the critical periods, variants and probable malformations were studied. It is determined that the germ of the arterial vessels of the large intestine appears in embryos 4,5-8,0 mm of cranio-caudal length due to branching of dorsal, lateral and ventral segmental rami from aorta, their partial reduction and joining of related branches with the next formation of superior and inferior mesenteric arteries. The branches of mesenteric arteries join and form the vessel arcades of the prime order, and their branches reach mesenteric margin of the large intestine in prefetuses 31,0-41,0 mm of cranio-caudal length. The beginning of the process of formation of inter- and intrasystemic arterial anastomoses is observed in X-XII month prefetuses. In fetal period the irregular dynamics of the increase rate of the mesenteric arteries diameter is observed. More intensive growth of the superior mesenteric artery in comparison with the inferior, occurs during 6-7 th months of development. By the end of fetal period, growth rate of the diameter of inferior mesenteric artery, outstrips one of the superior mesenteric artery.
