Kudryashov A. Increase of effectiveness of sorting process at the stations by means of the optimization of the retarding regimes

The object of research is a process of breaking up of the stocks on sorting humps. The thesis is dedicated to improving the quality of sorting process using the developed method to determine rational regimes of the train breaking up. For the first time these have been investigated separation conditions of non-contiguous cuts and the technique of determining their position in arbitrary combinations of stocks for any construction of sorting hump. There has developed a method of braking mode optimization of controlled cut, allowing to take into account the conditions of its division not only with adjacent cuts but also with all the others, which are included in cortege of dirigible cut. There has also been developed a method of optimizing the conditions of the breaking up of the stock of multiple divisions, which improved the quality of sorting process by eliminating the undivisions between nonadjacent cuts and reduced shunting operations on their elimination. Scientific results of the thesis as well as developed models and methods can be used to create an automated process control system for breaking up of the stocks on sorting humps, as well as to assess the quality of the construction of projected sorting humps.
