Essay

The thesis generalizes theoretical and practical research and offers a new solution to the problem of improving the humanities teacher training quality, which is revealed in validating and elaborating the model of development of productive pedagogical thinking. The implementation of the model was done in accordance with the main stages of the formation of readiness for productive pedagogical thinking of future teachers of the humanities (preliminary, activity-based, and conclusive). This scientific work validates the structure of productive pedagogical thinking (motivational, emotional, competence-based, operational, and result-oriented components) and pedagogical conditions (projecting of conducive educational environment to the formation of productive pedagogical thinking, the usage of optimal methods and ways of specialist training, providing for the system motivation of the future humanities teachers’ activities), due to which this process will have good results.
