Belous A. Values dimensions of civil society: Central European version.

The thesis deals with the comprehension of the Central European version of civil society. The dissertation focuses on its determinants of the formation and functioning in the context of European theoretical sphere, its social philosophical conceptualization and value orientation. The analysis is centred around the basic theoretical problem of civil society, the history of the formation and development of this phenomenon in the Central Europe and Ukraine. The comparative method in its comparative-historical version has found wide application in the research. The thesis shows a sense and a role of new socially-philosophical concepts not only in comprehension, but also in construction of a new socio-cultural reality. Theoretical results of the thesis can be used in the practice of civil discourse, laying the normative orientations and principles which should promote the democratic processes in up to date Ukraine.
