The dissertation is devoted to actual but insufficiently investigated problem on reveal of the peculiarity of interrelationship and influence between personality identification and development of institution forms and relations in space of society. The paper also presents the moral context of institutional reality. It attach importance to the self-determination and the free practice in the institution space of society. The spatial method has given an opportunity to present the institutions of society as complexes which combine all variety of institution elements of society. Personality self-identification in institution space of society is presented as continual finding of personality essence in communication and interaction with others.
