Object: bronchial asthma associated with visceral obesity; aim - to substantiate suitability for quercetin application in comprehensive treatment of patients with moderate and severe persistent uncontrolled bronchial asthma associated to visceral obesity; methods: clinical and instrumental, anthropometrical, biochemical, immunological, statistical; novelty - it was given а new solution of topical problem in pulmonology - optimization in treatment of asthma patients with visceral obesity by the additional use of anti-inflammatory medicine with antileukotriene effect - quercetin on the basis of studying of hyperleptinemia part in mechanisms of burdening influence of obesity on asthma course. Application - medicine.
