Bobrovnik Y. Social and political activity of public organizations of young people in Ukraine (1985-1996).

The social and political activity of public organizations of young people in the conditions of development of Ukrainian national and democratic movement and build up independent Ukraine is analysed in dissertation on the basis of study of sources and literature, pre-conditions of origin of associations of young people, their participation in development of public institutions of society and their influence on forming of state youth policy are considered. The conditions of origin of new public organizations of young people in the periods of perestroika are lighted up in research, their classification is realized, the peculiarities of becoming are found out; the reasons of origin of youth public organizations which were stipulated by the awareness of their asset of necessity of changes in Ukrainian society and defence of own corporate interests are exposed. The participation of youth public organizations in development of Ukrainian national and democratic movement in the second half of the 1980s owing to research of social and political activity of leading youth associations is reflected in dissertation, attitude of state organs of soviet power to new formed public associations of young people is considered. The contribution of youth public associations to development of social and political life of independent Ukraine is defined. The participation of public associations of young people in the process of stabilizing state youth policy in independent Ukraine is analysed and the conditions of their origin are reproduced. The role of public organizations of young people in development of social and political life in independent Ukraine and their participation in development of civil society is found out. The attitude of organs of power of independent Ukraine to social and political activity of public associations of young people is researched.
