Rekun V. he Arbitration courts in Ukraine: organizational and legal aspects.

Work is an integrated scientific research of problems concerning organization of arbitration courts in Ukraine.The next matters were analyzed: evolution, current state and perspectives of arbitral consideration development of civil and economical disputes, normative base of arbitration courts activity, character of such activity, legal status of subjects of arbitral legal proceedings, organizational and functional principles of arbitration courts, concepts, principles and structure of arbitral self-government, its distinctions from juridical self-government, legal status of the Arbitration Chamber of Ukraine, jurisdiction subject of arbitration courts, character of existing prohibitions in relation to their consideration of certain types of disputes. Some suggestions were offered concerning making alterations and amendments to Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine “On arbitration courts”, acts of arbitral associations, regulations and regalements applied in institutional arbitration courts, improvement of arbitration practice.
