Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to studying of a morphological structure of rats' kidneys in first two months posnatal life period in norm and after intrafetal actions of antigene. The research carried out allows to asserting, that intrafetal introduction of an antigene leads to to the certain changes in kidneys of laboratory animals experimental group's, in comparison with intact and control groups. The absolute weight of body increases, the accelerated replacement renals zones on a background of increase in number small and average lymphocytes is observed. In experimental animals changes stages becoming of nephrones' structures: the area occupied by the renal corpuscle cortical and well yukstamedulyar nephron , and till 21 day and including formation observed acceleration Henle loops and distal tubules retinue.
