Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical bases, methodical approaches and the practical recommendations directed at the perfection of medicational maintenance of patients with mostly widespread allergic pathologies. In the work the current state of maintenance of patients with pathologies with allergic genesis by medicines is investigated, its features and the nomenclature of drugs are characterized. Methodical approaches of carrying out of complex researches of maintenance of patients with allergic pathologies by medicines are improved. As the result of our researches methodical recommendations for optimization of maintenance of patients with urticaria, an allergic angioedema, an all-the-year-round allergic rhinitis, pollinosis and atopic dermatitis by medicines by means of creation of the minimal lists of drugs and recommendations concerning financial expenses for their purchase for treatment of the specified diseases are developed and offered
