In work it is analysed epizootological a situation on tuberculosis cattle in the Dnepropetrovsk area during the period with 2000 for 2007 years and it is carried out the analysis of efficiency of methods of bacteriological diagnostics of a tuberculosis. At the allocated 12 cultures mycobacterium it is investigated cultural, morphological, biochemical and biological properties.Influense hydrohumates on intensity of reproduction of times of kinds mycobacterium is investigated and it is offered an advanced nutrient medium for cultivated mycobacterium from 0,125% solution hydrohumatis on which is taken out the patent for useful model.
