Established features of manifestation of tuberculosis of bovine animals for a long epizootic process:infection M.bovis and pathologically - anatomical manifestation of the disease in animals with one-month of age. Marked stamps M.bovis with biological material reacting to the tuberculin-MCA for mammalian animals have fast and slow reproduction. Faster breeding M.bovis and accordingly, formation colonies occurs in an environment with рН 6,5. Converse micro bacteria on nutrient with pH 6,5 accompanied by changes in the qualitative and qualititative composition of lipids. Two developments were included in the instruction and Prevention of TB animals (2009) and manual TB Diagnostics Laboratory animals (2010).
