Essay

The object of research: transformation of the importance and the functions of the regional deputy Councils in the system of relations of power in Soviet Society. The aim of research: delineation of regularities of the formation, peculiarities of operation, characteristic peculiarities and directions of transformation processes in the regional deputy Councils as in the institutions of the government in the territory of the Southern Ukraine in 1947 - 1990. The subjec of research: system of the regional deputy Councils in historical evolution. The methods of research: system-structural analysis, historical-genetic method, method of division into periods, method of systematization. The results of research and novelty: in dissertation is analysed, their activity and changes in system of departments and head offices, examined stages carrying of election campaigns in region, a qualitative composition of deputy corps. Examined specific activity the regional deputy Councils. The sphere of usage: further scientific development of the issues political and social and economic development of Southern Ukrainian region; in teaching of history of Ukraine.
