Chaikovsky V. Psychological Provision of Criminal Militia Divisions' Activities of the Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of optimization of psychological provision of operation activities of criminal militia staff of Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The current situation of the problem discussed in psychological literature has been analyzed in the work. The psychological peculiarities of professional activities of criminal militia staff have been researched. The essence, principles, stages, tasks, functions, methods and directions of psychological provision of the divisions in question have been specified. The organizational law opportunities of optimization of the main stages of psychological provision of operation activities of criminal militia divisions' activities such as psychological selection of applicants for training at educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and for service in criminal militia divisions have been defined. The psychological-pedagogical addition of educational process at educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, psychological addition of operation activities of criminal militia staff has been described. The criteria of efficiency for means of psychological provision of activities of criminal militia staff of Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been stated from the point of optimization. The model and program of realization of the system of psychological provision of operation activities of criminal militia staff of the Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been elaborated, their efficiency has been defined.
