The author has based his analysis on the historical sources, part of which is introduced into science for the first time. He shows the process of the all-round work of self-governing peasant organizations on establishing and executing of agricultural purchase; reveals the improvement of Ukrainian products and insurance of rational export. The scale and character of export operations is shown in the thesis, as well as the peculiarities of their realization and measures concerning the processing, storage of raw materials and transporting goods.
