It was determined the populative frequency of the congenital anomalies among all the results of the pregnancies of those women who lived in the nuclear polluted and "clear" populated settlements of the Zhytomyr region (2000-2007) (Down's syndrome, multitude anomalies, polydactyly, syndactyly). The risk of emergence of pathology depending on the residence on the nuclear polluted settlements or "clear" populated settlements was ebsent. We established the general radiation dose and dose of the thyroid of those women, who delivered a baby with pathology. The attitude of the women to the risk factors, which have an effect on their health and life and to the risk factors, which can be the reason of the neonatal congenital anomalies were discovered.
