Analized the problem of development of interstate relations between Ukraine and Romania in post-communist era and the dynamics of their development at the turn of XX-XXI century. Grounded periods studied stage of bilateral relations, signed a catalog of the legal framework. Set the peculiarities of the historical progress of Ukrainian-Romanian relations and its impact and influence of post-communist transformation and foreign policy of both countries on their relationship. Analysis of territorial problems and issues of national minorities, their settlement in the basic agreement. Give the estimation of the Treaty on the State border regime.
