An object is European tradition of philosophy of technique to be as reflective generalization of existential and socio-cultural requirements in relation to productive self-determination and realization of man as a subject of live creation; purpose - to define socio-cultural and existential requirements and educational possibilities of the acquiring technique to be in the risk society by the personality; methods - the systems analyses, anthropological and social interpretation; novelty - first from philosophical-educational positions the problem of technique to be in the risk society is integrally investigated and on that ground its theoretical model is worked out, the existential and socio-cultural requirements and educational possibilities of the acquiring technique to be in the risk society by the personality are defended and systematized; results сan be used in an inter disciplines researches of problems of forming and development of personality in accordance with the requirements of own spirit and calls of the risk society; can be applied at the analysis of contradictions of modern spiritual culture and their intercommunication with global civilization transformations, at development educationally - educator programs and projects in the system of education of Ukraine; in an educational process for preparation of general and special rates and methodical materials on philosophy, pedagogic, psychology, sociology; industry is philosophy of education
