The study of epizootic situation is conducted in relation to the leptospirosis of pigs in the Khmel'nickiy area for 2002-2009, the etiologic structure of exciter of illness is studied. The features of display of leptospirosis of pigs are described on industrial pig farms. It is set that by the source of contagium on pig farms there can be repair piggy-wiggies which act for forming of pestle total number of livestock. The haematological and biochemical changes of blood of seropositive pigs are studied with titles in RMA 1:50-1:200. For pigs, seropositive by a leptospirosis, the reliable (р<0,05) decline of amount of haemoglobin and red corpuscles, rev-up settling of red corpuscles, reliable (р<0,05) increase of amount of leucocytes, is set. In a leukogram among nithrophile the change of kernel is marked to the right. The most informing biochemical laboratory markers of leptospirosis of pigs is determination of maintenance of bilirubine, ALT, AST, glucose, urea, to the kreatinine, indexes are given for (р<0,05) certain enhanceable for sick pigs as compared to healthy. At presence of titles 1:100 and anymore in RMA these indexes specify on development of patomorphological changes for pigs. Pathomorphological changes are described in the organs of pigs, seropositive to serovariant bratislava in RMA with shooting-galleries 1:100-1:200 and additional diagnostic markers are certain at the leptospirosis of pigs. The features of compatible motion of leptospirosis are studied from fussariotoxicosis and the method of prophylaxis is offered. The method of sanation of ill pigs is developed by the oral forms of antibiotics (enrofloxacine and pharmasin ) by the water metering devices of calculation of 10 мг on the kg of mass of body during 5 days by the metering device of Dasatron) allows to conduct sanation of organism of pigs in relation to pathological leptospires. It is therefore expedient to conduct treatment 1,5-2 months prior to moving or sale of pigs. The features of forming of postvaccination immunity are studied and the methods of prophylaxis of leptospirosis are improved.
