The dissertation is devoted to investigation of conditions of formation of secondary education managers' psychological readiness to manage changes in educational organizations. The work contains a theoretical substantiation, methodological foundation and results of the empirical investigation of the problem of interest. The author considers basic approaches to understanding the concept of management changes in organizations as well as analyzes distinctive features of change management in educational organizations. Much attention is given to investigation of factors and substantiation of the conceptual model of secondary education managers' psychological readiness to manage changes in educational organizations which comprises four basic components: motivational, cognitive, operational, personality. The investigation found secondary education managers' readiness to manage changes in educational organizations to be at insufficient levels of development. The author has developed a special change management readiness development training course which proved its effectiveness in practice.
