The dissertation is devoted to analysis of connection between features of soma-tometric, somatotypological and dermatoglyphics indicators and duration of the course forms of paranoid schizophrenia without a sustained remission in patients of Podolski region of Ukraine. The author first found that patients with paranoid form of schizophrenia with different duration of disease without sustained remission differ in overall longitudinal dimensions of body; in distal epiphysis size; in perimeter; skin-fatty folds thickness as well as in qualitative and quantitative dermatoglyphics indicators. The results confirm the value of distinction "dermatoglyphics types" for studying individual and typological characteristics, duration of the course paranoid forms of schizophrenia without sustained remission. Based on the antropohenetycal research first were developed discriminant models of the duration paranoid forms of schizophrenia without a sustained remission on the basis of somatometric and dermatoglyphical indicators in patients of different sexes of the first period of adulthood in Podolski region of Ukraine.
