Kolenichenko T. Adaptation peculiarities of the elderly people to the conditions of the new social environment

The problem of the elderly people adaptation to the conditions of the new social environment has been analyzed in the thesis; the theoretical analysis of the modern ways of deciding adaptation problem has been given; the complex social, psychological and pedagogical research has been made and as a result the model has been done with the following components: social-pedagogical conditions which foster a successful adaptation of the elderly people to the conditions of the new social environment on the agreement of the elderly person active participation in the offered forms of work. Criteria, indicators and levels of the elderly person adaptation to the conditions of the new social environment have been worked out and their effectiveness has been checked in a social-pedagogical practice.
