The object is training future economists in higher education establishment; subject - the process of dialogic culture of future economists; the purpose of research - theoretical basis and experimental test technology for forming dialogic culture of the future of economists in the educational process of high school; methods: theoretical: analysis of literature on the issue of research, study legal documents the professional activities of university graduates to study the structure, criteria and levels of dialogic culture of the future economist, analyzing contents of educational programs, practice, study, analysis, experiences the training of future economists; systematization and generalization characteristics of the process of dialogic culture that led to study the organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the solution of tasks; empirical: the study of teaching experience and teaching, methods and tools to carry out purposeful influence on the respective personal quality of the future expert; psycho-pedagogical observation, questioning, interviewing, testing, surveys, interviews with students and teachers of higher education; processing methods and synthesis of scientific theory and research and experimental data; scientific novelty: the first complete analysis of scientific and theoretical aspects of the formation of a dialogue of culture and proposed the technology of the future dialogic cultural economists in the educational process in higher education.
