The theoretically-metodological bases of forming and structure of labour market of pedagogical stuff is shown as a object of human geography research. The component structure and territorial structure of labour market of pedagogical stuff of country-side of Kyiv region are investigated. The functions of labour market of pedagogical stuff of country-side of Kyiv region are distinguished.
