Thesis for a candidate degree of biological sciences on speciality 03.00.13 - physiology of man and animals - Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University, Simferopol, 2010. The thesis is devoted to the organism's adaptive abilities in the high-risk poor-health children group were investigated. This group was characterized by low functional reserves of the cardiorespiratory system, hyperventilation, tachypnotic type of respiration, violations of gas homeostasis, and intersystem discoordination. Significant hyperemia of intracranial vessels was combined with low abilities of cerebral venous system. The change in the oxygen regimen in that children of this category leaded to the imbalance in the LP-AOA system formation. The strengthening of an anaerobic element in the respiratory chain indicated on the decrease of adaptive abilities of the organism. The use of various programs promoted health improvement and had prophylactic effect. The combination respiratory training and the procedures of reflex muscular massage intensified the rehabilitation effect and the energy potential in the children's organism. The rise of proprioceptive activity was the main factor in the motor-visceral integration. The range of the corrective means increased the capacity of the antioxidant reserve and the reduction of anaerobic glycolysis, improved the functional reserves and decreased the adaptation stress.
