Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of personal determination of professional competence on the material of employment centre public servants. Dissertation includes main theoretical approaches to the research of professional competence. Architectonics of structural contents of professional competence of employment centre public servants are proved and represented by means of structural and functional components. Components of professional competence of specialists are determined by functional professional competences and important professional qualities as a definite structure of communicative and organizational skills. As a result of empiric research the integrative role of personal exactingness in the process of professionalization of specialist is cleared out and its professional status modus is experimentally defined in the process of professional formation of employment centre public servants. Differences in psychological contents of the types of personal exactingness made the basis of transformation changes effects in ontologization of professional development of employment centre public servants.
