Essay

The process of didactic competence forming of future agrarian teachers in higher educational establishments of the III-IV accreditation levels is investigated in this manuscript. Determined the conception "didactic competence of agrarian teachers" and defined its structure as a construct of four components: gnostic, motivational, active and personal. Factors were studied experimentally and pedagogical conditions of competence forming of future teachers-masters were proved theoretically. It was developed a model, which shows the interactions of the main blocks: methodological, contextual, remedial-effective, visualizes this process and is a mean of the phenomen and provides forming of masters abilities to do educationally-methodical activity in the order of the following stages: theoretically-methodical, modeling-productively, diagnostic. Guideline and research results, recommendations concerning the formation and development of professional competence of the teacher-agrarian introduced in the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (certificate number 1895 from 07.14.2010), the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy (certificate № 106-04-103 from 06/09/2010), the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University (certificate № 1235 of 15.06.2010).
