Essay

1. The retrospective analysis of the use of information technologies which are sent to the increase of efficiency of educational process in higher educational establishments of athletic profile was realized. 2. Basic tendencies and features of application of the information technologies that are to upgrade the educational process at the HEE of athletic profile in Ukraine were exposed. 3. Criteria (level of students' knowledge; educational motivation; activation of cognitive processes; forming of abilities for individual work; character of some psychical processes progress; self-appraisal of the functional state; students' attitude oto the educational process) for determination of integral estimation of information technologies of studies application were grounded. 4. The structure of hypermadia information environment of studies (HIES) was synthesized, the basic stages of HIES planning were graduated in theory, namely: specification of the aim of studies, analysis, structure of educational material, determination of requirements to students' knowledge and abilities, development of test tasks for control of the students' knowledge level, determination of aggregate of methods of organization and management of students' cognitive activity. 5. The hypermedia information environment was worked out on discipline "Computer Technologies at the Health Physical Culture", which presented an integral electronic resource which contained: multimedia lecture material, educational tasks, means of students' knowledge control, glossary, with the possibility of further location of informative material in the Internet. 6. It was proven that the Hypermedia presentation of information, its visualization and verbalization, as well as the possibility of independent selection pathways for complex structured text facilitates understanding and assimilation of information material.
