A research object is society as sociokul'turnoe unit, that develops in historical time. A research purpose is development of concept of cultural memory, which would represent the mechanism of historical sequence sociokul'turnogo whole, which develops. A research method is a dialectical method of ascent from abstract to concrete. Research results are conditioned the novelty of the got teoretiko-methodological positions, what allow konceptualizovat' not only the phenomenon of cultural memory but also a number of the phenomena of social-historical process related to him. Research conclusions can be used in a number of philosophical and contiguous with them social-humanitarian sciences, and also in the proper lecture courses and train aids.
