Essay

On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches in the present thesis is developed the method of calculation of adsorption units in which the Transkarpathian clinoptilolite of Sokyrnytsya deposit is used. The developed calculation method considers the purging waters' multi-component and active reaction. The ion-exchanging adsorption mechanism of ions of heavy metals (IHM) is set from natural clinoptilolite model solutions. The adsorption features of IHM are explained on the basis of theory of hydrolysis of metals cations. The thesis suggests relations for determining the time of protective action of a high rate tricking filter absorber, the head losses in the load layer and intensity of its washing. Also is offered the method for determining the dose of clinoptilolite for agitator machines. The technological schemes of purging waters purification on the basis of the absorber of dense layer of clinoptilolite and the agitator reactor are developed.
