Essay

In this dissertation the algorithm of analysis and estimation of the depressed regions is developed. The methodical chart of publicly geographical analysis and estimation of level of depressed of regions is developed and realized after three directions: by a criterion, complex and factor. It is first entered and analysed in the context of regional de pressed publicly geographical factors, namely: transport-geographical, naturally resource, factor of level of the economic mastering and territorial structure of economy. New approach is realized to the estimation of socio-economic development of regions on scale - level of economic development and general potential of region.
