Skryabina T. Forming the system of values understanding among the students of medical institutes of high education within studying the humanities and social disciplines

Object: social and humanitarian readiness of the higher medical schools as a part of their professional education; aim: to prove theoretically, to work out thoroughly and to test experimentally the pedagogical system of students’ values formation in the higher medical schools; methods: literature analysis, questionary, experts’ assessment, pedagogical experiment; novelty: theoretically proved pedagogical system of values formation, which provides the development of students’ values system in the medical school by axiological potential realization within social and humanitarian courses; results: the program of the course „Axiologocal principles in doctor’s profession” is worked out, training content of social and humanitarian courses is enriched; the content of the elective course „Medicine and our culture” is renewed; the bank of professionally-directed value and semantic training situations for seminar and practical lessons as well as individual students’ work is created, field – theory and methodology of professional education.
