Object - the process of professional formation of a young teacher, the subject - professional development of young teachers in the system of joint scientific and methodical work of the district education department and schools, the goal is a theoretical justification and experimental verification of the features of professional development of young teachers, methods of research - theoretical: an analysis of the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical and methodological literature; comparison, analysis, synthesis, classification, modeling, empirical: monitoring, testing, questionnaires, psychological and pedagogical supervision, testing and evaluation, pedagogical experiment (ascertaining and forming), methods of mathematical-statistical treatment of results of research; scientific novelty: the first time comprehensively investigated and theoretically analyzed by the scientific and methodical work of the district education department and schools in the professional formation of young teachers in philosophical psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature, the peculiarities of scientific and methodical work of the district education department and schools with young teachers in modern conditions; disclosed the contents, organizational forms and tested a model of scientific and methodical work of district education department and schools to ensure the professional development of young teachers.
