It has been confirmed experimentally that the prolonged hypokinesia of moderate rigidity depresses the function of reproductive system of rat females and leads to a lower level of adrenals functioning. The decrease in the first generation offspring viability and active-defensive behavior in the half of female-offspring under an open field conditions have been observed. Moderate physical loads lead to stimulation of reproductive function of rat females. The increase in adaptive adrenals capacity has been established. High viability and big brood mass has been registered. Physical loads of high intensity lead to increase in estradiol concentration in rat females blood serum. Parallel increase in testosterone level in blood serum of 30% of rat females has been determined. Disorders of folliclegenesis, follicle and yellow body cysts in some rat females have been observed. Morphological and function state of adrenals have been characterized by signs of stimulation of level of retinal zone endocrinocytes against a background of the activation of spongiocytes destruction and cambium zone exhaustion. The decrease in viability of the first generation offspring has been registered. Adaptive behavior of female-offspring under an open field conditions has been characterized by high levels of all the indices.
