Essay

The daily life of Ukrainian heavy industry workers in post Second World War реriod are investigated in the dissertation. Basic issues related to daily life of heavy industry workers are covered on the grounds of wide basis of sources and available historiography. The author researches the most important problems of life on post Second World War реriod. Restoration of housing resources, communal economy and health services are investigated. The candidate is analyzed the level and quality of life of Ukrainian workers in totalitarian state. In research working conditions are studied, the safety precautions condition is analyzed. A state policy and decision problems in heavy industry are analyzed. There are investigated interrelation of cultural aspect and material condition to organization, character and contents of leisure. The author is accented, that the hard household conditions and financial difficulties during 1944-1956 years didn't considerably influence to social optimism, working enthusiasm and hope in future of Ukrainian heavy industry workers. On the basis of the spent researches the author has come to a conclusion, that heavy financially-conditions of life and low standard of living were perceived by the majority of Ukrainian heavy industry workers and employees as time.
